FlashSolutions uses WebCamMax for client conferencing. This supurb software allows me to share my desktop with my clients to preview work that I am preparing for them.

In addition to sharing my presentations, I can quickly switch to my webcam for one on one face to face conferencing with yahoo messenger.

I can playback movies that I have created for my clients review without having to send the files to them first. That saves me time in preparing editing. My clients can even look over my shoulder as I edit and prepare edits for them realtime.

There are many other features of the application that are cool and really have important uses in a business enviornment. For instance, you can doodle text writing over the top of your movie presentation as it plays, or you can even draw on your webcam if you like, but it works best when you have a picture you want to show to your client and need to point out some particulare feature on the image to your client. . There are so many options. In fact, you can even broadcast a plain color background and then doodle over it to show a client an idea you may be thinking about as you chat with him over your yahoo messenger account.

Another great feature of the software is the ability to broadcast pictures by just pointing to a folder on your computer and webcammax will rotate thru each and every picture at an interval that you can define to showcase some project images you have created and you don't even have to click thru them!

Now there are many other cool features of this software that I don't really need in a business environment such as masking and displaying cartoon images over the top of pictures. Things like adding a smiley face on top of anything you are broadcasting are neat, but not something I find all that usefull. There is a huge bunch of different effects than can be applied to any of the imagery you wish to broadcast.

You can even add text on top of any thing you broadcast. That comes in handy too.

But probably one of best features is the ability to record your webcam session! You can take a single snapshot to send to your client or record the entire session or any part of it including the showing of the movies, the pictures, your doodles, and other stuff.
